One free class

Information

Try out one class for free and see what you think!  One free on-line or in-person class is available for new clients.  To try a class please email christine@ccfitness.ca for more details.


For the on-line classes you will need some space, equipment if you have any (not required), a screen with the Zoom app (phone, ipad, computer) and some good music.  All participants are muted  so you can play your own music.  


Each workout is roughly 50 minutes long.  They are full body strength and conditioning classes - different each time!
