Health and lifestyle coaching to help you develop individualized strategies for improving your health.  Based on the 4 pillars of health - movement, nutrition, rest & recovery and happiness.  

  • Body composition analysis and measurements
  • Help with daily movement strategies
  • Help with small steps towards healthy changes
  • Help with healthy eating strategies that work for you
  • Set small and large goals

Each appointment is 30-45mins.  Cost/session = $30
