So many positive things to say about CC Fitness that I could write a short story! Christine is a great trainer. She is hugely motivating and pushes you to do your best. She is also fantastic with any injuries you have. I had a bad shoulder injury when I started at CC Fitness and couldn’t use my shoulder much at all. Now, with Christine’s help and support, my shoulder works and is strong!

I attend her in class sessions and also do the online zoom classes. Both are great. Caroline is also a knowledgeable, helpful instructor. They are so motivating. The classes are small and clients are great too. I look forward to the classes. It’s actually FUN! They definitely increase not only my strength but my happiness.

Overall, 150% rating to this small, friendly, totally non intimidating gym.
