Small group training can provide a cost effective way for you to experience the benefits of working with a fitness professional. This is a great option for those who enjoy being in a group environment. Because of small class sizes we are able to work around any injuries or issues you may have.
Currently group training is offered indoors 6 days per week.
There are 6 people maximum in each class in the gym.
A variety of packages are available to suit your fitness needs from $18.00/class to monthly programs. Contact Christine at christine@ccfitness.ca for one free class and to determine what option works best for you.
