Personal training

Personal Training

Your first personal training session at CC Fitness will consist of an assessment to uncover your goals and look at how you move. From there you will have a custom program created just for you.  Each person is unique  - we start from where you are and work towards your own personal goals.  


Cost/session = $75.00 for 60 minutes or $40 for 30 minutes (not including tax)

Virtual Personal Training

Personal training sessions you can do from anywhere.  One-on-one fitness sessions with a personalized program just for you.   


This is a fitness option that offers live, interactive online Zoom personal training with an instructor.  

Your personal trainer’s goal will be to support you on your fitness journey and to create a custom fitness program to meet your goals. 


Cost/session = $75.00 for 60 minutes or $40 for 30 minutes (not including tax)
