Virtual training

Group Virtual Training

1. Group Virtual Training -  A fitness class you can do from anywhere. 

This is a fitness option that offers live, interactive online Zoom training with an instructor in a group setting,  as well as access to a virtual library with a variety of fitness classes to meet your needs.  

On-line Zoom classes are a wonderful fitness option to complete workouts in the privacy of your own home,  help you stay on track as well as feeling connected to a larger community.   

Each session is roughly 50 minutes.  

  • Unlimited live Zoom classes, plus access to the virtual library = $85.00/month 
  • 10 live Zoom classes = $100.00
  • Drop in options are available for anyone at $10.00/class

Virtual Personal Training

2.  Virtual Personal Training -   Personal training sessions you can do from anywhere.  One-on-one fitness sessions with a personalized program just for you.   

This is a fitness option that offers live, interactive online Zoom personal training with an instructor.  

Your personal trainer’s goal will be to support you on your fitness journey and to create a custom fitness program to meet your goals. 

Each session is 60 minutes.  Cost/session = $70.00

Virtual Library

3. Workouts at your fingertips - anytime & anywhere 

The Virtual Library contains an extensive variety of high quality recorded workouts.  New workouts are added every week.   These are never the same, never boring and always challenging.  It feels like you are in the CC Fitness gym!   

Virtual workouts can fit into your schedule when it’s a better time for you;  at home, your cottage, before the school run, even at 2am if you want to !  

Each session is 40-45 minutes.
